Software: Quark Xpress (v.4.04), Adobe Photoshop (v.5.5), Adobe Illustrator (v.9)
Internet: (preferred) Stuffit/DropStuff

On Disk: CD-Rom or Zip 100 mb
Fonts: Please use Postscript fonts such as Adobe type fonts. Include both screen and printer fonts. We reserve the right to replace a given typeface with type from a related type family or substitute a font if missing or corrupted. You must supply all fonts contained in logos and EPS's.
Image Files: Must be in lineart and/or grayscale TIFF or EPS format. Please supply all placed images and logos.
Proofs: A laser proof or pdf file must accompany any ads submitted on disk.
Quark Xpress Files: Please use collect for output to assemble all files for transport to ensure all files accompany the ad. Do not use the extension Pasteboard XT. Include fonts used in logos and eps's.
Adobe Illustrator: Include all the placed images. Please convert fonts to outlines whenever possible. Fonts not converted to outlines must be provided with file.
Adobe Photoshop: All scans should be 100% reproduction size. The resolution should be 200 to 300 dpi. Files should be saved as TIFF or EPS format.
